Our mission is to provide temporary financial relief to Round Hill Country Club (RHCC) employees facing unexpected hardships. Our program bridges the gap through times of financial need for both emergencies and educational growth opportunities.
RH Helping Hands is a community-based 501(c)(3) that focuses on two pillars of support—financial and education—to achieve its mission. For many Round Hill employees, a visit to the emergency room could mean cutting spending on food or other essentials for their families.

In addition to helping with acute financial needs, RH Helping Hands' mission is to create a better future for RHCC employees and their dependents. RH Helping Hands provides educational grants to support RHCC's employees and their qualified dependents.
Funding for RH Helping Hands' grant program comes from individual donors who support our mission and from matching corporate contributions.
