***Please note that this registration form is only for RH Helping Hands Golf Tee Sponsorships, which is considered a tax-deductible donation. While all sponsors are automatically registered for the Hearts on the Hill Golf Tournament, sponsorships do not include tournament registration fees. Registration fees ($95/player for golf members; $150/player for non-golf members) will be charged directly by RHCC. 
You may choose to have: 1) Your RHCC Member account charged for all players you register on this form; 2) Each individual player's RHCC account charged; or 3) No tournament fees charged if you are not playing and do not need a foursome. Please indicate your preference below, or contact Dominick Mullen if you have any questions.
