Grants Process

All Round Hill Country Club (RHCC) employees are eligible to apply for an RH Helping Hands grant.

 

The RH Helping Hands Board Grants Committee reviews each grant application based on a stringent set of criteria. The grant application requests comprehensive information from applicants to demonstrate financial need. After review, the Grants Committee then makes a recommendation to the entire RH Helping Hands Board on whether to approve the employee’s grant request; the Board then votes on whether the grant is approved.

 

RHCC is not involved in any decisions regarding RH Helping Hands grants. No information about grant applicants (RHCC employees and their dependents) is shared with RHCC, its membership, or employees without prior consent.
